What do you take with you to the physiotherapist?
When visiting the physiotherapist it is useful to think about which things you need to be bring along. Consider, among other things, the items below.
What to bring to the physiotherapist
- A clean (large) towel.
- A valid ID.
- An insurance card.
- A referral from your GP or specialist, if applicable.
- An up-to-date overview of your medication.
- The results of any X-rays, scans, or other relevant examinations.
- Transfers from other healthcare providers or other documents that contain important information about your health or condition.
- Wear clothing that allows for easy movement and be prepared to undress (partially) if necessary.
