Exercises for the upper arm
Pain in the upper arm usually originates from the muscles and tendons of the upper arm or shoulder. But problems in the neck can also cause radiating pain in the upper arm. With the right exercises many complaints can be reduced. An exercise programme helps you with this.
Complaints in the upper arm
Pain in the upper arm often has a big impact on daily life. Everyday tasks suddenly become very difficult. Think of self-care, household chores, driving, work and sports. To reduce or eliminate the complaints, resting alone is not enough. The arm must also be trained so that the complaints do not come back. You do this with exercises that gradually build up the load-bearing capacity of the upper arm.
